Hello Crafty Friends,
This post is all about the second card I created for the
W&W birthday bash for one of their 10, yes TEN separate challenges
celebrating their 3rd birthday.
So far, I’ve created five cards out of excitement of using their
wonderful stamps. Did I mention that they
also offer some SVG files for those of us who own electronic die cutting machines? I took complete advantage of that for some of
the elements on this card.
If you arrived here randomly and want to know what the scoop
is on this challenge, the link below will take you directly to Lydia’s post on
the W&W blog for this particular one.

I am competing for a potential guest star role for their
next release (wish me luck!). I decided for this challenge the stamp set Addie's Garden Stamp Set plus the cutouts from two sets Addie's Garden Digital Elements and Hello, Hi & Hugs Digital Elements would make the perfect card. Here it is!!
I cut out all the pieces in the Addie's Garden Digital Elements on my Cricut, then stamped them before coloring with my Spectrum Noir and Copic
markers. Ultimately, I ended up using
only the Daffodil, Daisy, Rose, Hydrangea and Dahlia plus some of the leaves
from the set. The majority of my time
was spent coloring – actually putting the card together once that was done went
very quickly.
Before gluing the flowers to the card, I arranged them in
the order I wanted, then used a piece of Glad Press N Seal on top of them to
keep them in place, turned over and applied adhesive on the back of all the
flowers, then placed the white A2 panel on top.
Easy Peesy!
I die cut the word “hello” from gold mirror cardstock from Hello, Hi & Hugs Digital Elements with
my Cricut and glued on for the sentiment to complete and then attached the
panel to an A2 sized white card base.
