The MISTI has been such a game changer for me and so many others - I have dedicated a special playlist at my YouTube channel featuring lots of techniques with it.
First I stamped the gnome with a mini Misti tool onto Xpress it blending card with Black Memento Ink - both of which are great for Copic coloring. The gnome was then colored with the following colors:
