New Year's Sign with Rinea

Hello crafty friends,

After weeks of creating Christmas cards, it's time to start thinking about the new year!  I was thinking of New Year's Eve celebrations and how fun it would be to create a sign to use as a photo prop at a party.  Both sides are decorated and I have a video to show the process in action.
