Layered Stamping Technique | Video Tutorial

Hello crafty friends,

Today I'm sharing an exciting new discovery - at least it is to me!  I watch what amounts to a crazy amount of creative artist videos on YouTube.  I can honestly say I have never seen anyone do this exact technique.  Hopefully it's something that will help you if you do any layered stamping, even if it is not a flower.  For instance Hero Arts is one company I think of that also does a lot of layering stamp sets.

In the video I go over the process to stamp multiple layered flowers in one session (per color palette).
The idea is that these will be die cut for use on a project later.  This Thursday I will be using a couple of these flowers on my inspiration project for the next Tic Tac Toe Challenge.  There will be a process video for that project as well.  Wow two videos in one week!  That's a new record for me.

Coral color palette:  Altenew Tea Party set (flower petals)
Purple color palette:  Distress Oxide Shaded Lilac & Wilted Violet, followed by Catherine Pooler Flirty Fuchsia and Memento Elderberry.

Flower Centers:  Catherine Pooler Tiara & Tiki Torch (darker yellow) top - the bottom part is Distress Oxide Peacock Feathers and Memento Blue Danube.

I hope you will be encouraged to pull out your layering sets and try out some color combos!

Please see the video to see how this was done below or click on over to watch in HD on YouTube.

Thanks for stopping by!
