Hello crafty friends,

It's time for a new release at Crackerbox & Suzy stamps.  There is a wide variety of Harry Potter themed stamps, Christmas and a few snarky stamps in this one.  I created a fairly simple card to show the 4 houses crest stamp.  You have the chance to win a $25 gift certificate from C&S if you leave a comment at each stop on the hop.

I stamped the crest stamp with Copic safe ink onto white cardstock, then colored in the image with Copic markers.  I used my Brother scan n cut to die cut around the image.  The background was created by stamping the sorting hat stamp in Versamark as a background pattern, then embossing with clear embossing powder.  This gave the background a subtle pattern and some texture.  After trimming the black panel down to 4" x 5.25" I glued it to a white A2 sized card base.
